I didn’t have to wait that long for my appointment. I was impressed that the appointment went ahead as they had a flood over the weekend. Kim was very good at assessing my Asthma. I am happy with the new inhaler she prescribed.

Every time I visit the medical centre in Henfield, all of the staff have always been helpful, efficient and friendly, we are so lucky to have this facility in our community.

Not really, the temporary reception area isn’t ideal but under the unavoidable circumstances, it’s more than adequate.

Have the diary open so 4 weekly appointments can be booked in whilst at the surgery instead of having to try and call through a week later to book a nurse appointment for another 3 weeks time.
